Roadmap overview
The roadmap is now product-version based, not milestone-placeholder based.
Versions
Section titled “Versions”| Version | Outcome |

| V1 | Internal Supabase-backed workbench, stream UI, private Agent API, media delivery, review, and promotion. |
| V2 | Server-side frame/media/metadata generation that submits into V1. |
| V3 | Public commercial hosted agent streams with external tenants, quotas, billing, and public API docs. |
Current focus
Section titled “Current focus”Build V1 as a complete internal tool. Avoid creating temporary milestones that need bigger rewrites later.
